ATM banking just by an SMS (or) ATM SMS banking (or) SMS banking with ATM

My idea is to add a new feature in all the ATM's called SMS core banking, it means without debit/credit card and PIN we can do all the core banking operations just by an SMS.

Current pain points with SMS banking that my idea will solve:

1.    No system is currently available to do ATM operations just by an SMS
2.    As of today none of the ATM’s completely integrated with SMS banking feature for their core banking
3.    Customers always to have their Debit/credit card and PIN number to do transactions at ATM
4.    Currently very limited SMS banking options are available for the customers from all the banks.
5.    Customers cannot do direct money operations such as withdrawals or deposits in ATM with existing SMS banking
6.    To complete most of the core banking operations, customers need to visit the Bank
7.    Currently customer should remember SMS codes even for small banking tasks
8.    Each bank is following each SMS code to do SMS banking, So customers can easily confuse or completely avoid to use the SMS service
9.    Banks are investing more $ for office space and more man power for some core banking operations

                                                                     
Benefits with my idea:

1.    All ATM’s will have SMS banking feature
2.    No need to carry Debit/Credit cards and remember PIN
3.    Customers can do direct cash operations such as withdrawals or deposits and many more with ATM just by an SMS
4.    This feature is useful when customers forgot/lost their bank cards
5.    Customers can do SMS operations from any SIM enabled device (but the should be sent from registered mobile number linked with the bank account)
6.    It saves lot of time and effort to the customer
7.    Banks can save lot of amount $ by reducing the office space and the man power
