Inbuilt automated jack system to lift the vehicles and to change the flat tires

In the current world most of the people are using their own vehicles for comfort journey. However if any tire got flat then they need to change the flat tire and replace with good one. To do this first we should lift the vehicle whichever tire got damaged. Right now we have different types of jacks to lift the vehicle very easily but this is time consuming and manual process involved and majorly this process is too difficult for elders as they can’t do it manually.

To overcome the above problem we need to have an automatic jack system at each tire and customers can control these automated jacks by pressing simple buttons which are installed inside the vehicle.

How it works:

Each vehicle should be installed with an automatic lifting jack (with hydraulics or gear or whatever the mechanism) near to each tire. Inside the vehicle we should install each controller for each automated jack system which can be buttons, gears, switch etc. These controllers are is in disabled mode while vehicle is running. Once the vehicle is stopped for any reason these controls can be enable automatically. By these enable and disable system no one can activate the jack system while running the vehicle. Once the vehicle started running again these controls will be changed to disabled mode.

If the vehicle is stopped and user wants to lift the particular wheel portion then they can switch on that particular control which is inside the vehicle. Once the particular switch is on then the system will automatically send signal to the particular jack to start working. Once the jack received the signals then it will lift the vehicle till it reaches to the predefined or standard height.

The system is intelligent enough that user can activate the two controls at a time in the same direction and until and unless the current active controls are switched off the remaining controls cannot be switched on because if all are enabled and if the user switch on all the controls accidentally then the vehicle will lose the balance and the vehicle will be flipped upside down.


Advantages:

1.    No need to carry separate jacks with the vehicle
2.    Customers can easily handle the system if two or more tires gets flat
3.    No need to apply our strength and muscle power to lift the vehicle
4.    Automatic balancing system can  handle the vehicle to prevent flipping the vehicle upside down
5.    The system will enable and disable the controls based on the jacks activity
6.    Jack controls cannot work while running the vehicle to prevent the major damages
7.    Ease to use by any one and no need of maintenance
