Mini washer for wrinkle free washing clothes with dryer

Currently we have so many types of washing machines which are designed to wash and dry our clothes. The current machines are in many sizes from compact to bigger ones. However if anyone wants to wash single pair or only single cloth then we need to use entire machine and also after wash the particular cloth will be washed with wrinkles and it is not readily wearable.

To overcome the above problem I am proposing the new compact machine with multiple features such as soaker, Washer and dryer etc….

How it works:

This complete unit shapes as a vertical rectangle and with standard size so it allows hanging the cloths freely. We can hang up to two cloths as this unit is very compact and we can fit this as wall hanging machine.

Need to hang the cloths as shown in the image. By default all the brushing rollers are on top and it will not create any problem to the customers while hanging the cloths in this machine. Once we hanged the clothes inside then we need to put little amount of detergent in the detergent chamber and then connect the water inlet and close the cabinet door and then switch on the device.

Customer can set the multiple options such as only soak, only wash or soak and wash. Once switch on the device and if customer selects soak and wash option then the inlet water flows into the soak chamber and then detergent container opens up and dropped the detergent into the soak chamber and immediately small propellers will start running to mix the detergent with water and then the hanger rod will be moved towards down and the cloths will be dipped into the soak container to soak the clothes for specified time.

Once the soak time is completed then the hanger rod move upwards and stop at the initial position and then the roller brushes will move up and down wards though out the clothes which means the machine started the washing process. At the same time the powerful water sprinklers will switch on and it sprinkles hot detergent water over the cloths initially for some time to remove the dust and loosen the stains and at the same time the multiple brushing rollers will brush the cloths thoroughly. Once the brushing is completed for specific time the sprinklers sprinkle clean hot water on the cloths to remove the detergent and form from the clothes. Once it is done sprinklers sprinkle the cold water on the clothes once again to remove the any excess detergent from the clothes.

Once the operation is done the brushing rollers stopped rolling and will move upwards and stop at their position. The water sprinklers will also stop the sprinkling process. The water heater will stop and water inflow will also stop to accept water into the machine. Now all the dirty water inside the machine will be drain through the drain hose. Now the hot air blowers will start to dry the clothes instantly and at the same the water will be sprinkled form the small nozzles to remove the wrinkles of the clothes (if any) while drying in progress. Once the drying process is completed then the machine will buzzer so that customer can switch off the machine and take the clothes out and they can wear instantly.
