AUTOMATIC DISINFECTOR DEVICE AND METHOD THEREOF

 Objective: We should build a machine to clean both electronic and non-electronic items. For example toys, remotes, mobiles etc…

Problem Statement:

Now a days everyone is using one or more items such as toys, remotes, mobiles, laptops etc… and sharing with others. So possibility is there to spread the different kinds of infections from one to others and finally it leads to different kinds of diseases. To avoid spreading diseases from person to person we need to build special machine to clean the items.

Solution:

We should build a special machine to clean both electronic and non-electronic items. Even we can use this machine to cleanse remotes, mobiles etc…

 How it works:

An items Cleaner machine (like an ATM machine). It can have the screen to provide the input. Now user needs to select the clean option on the screen and then two trays will come out. User need to put all non-electronic items and electronic items in the respective trays. Now the machine will wash all non-electronic items with water, anti-bacterial liquid etc... In this washing process items will spin in 360 to wash or clean all the areas and all the parts of the items and then they will be transferred to UV chamber or after the washing process completed the washing mechanism will be stopped and UV mechanism will be activated. In the UV chamber a UV light will be used to kill the germs, bacteria and viruses and then UV mechanism will be stopped and activate the drying mechanism. Now the items will be dried with hot dry air and then finally the cleaned items will be dispensed to the user.

 For electronic items the machine will clean the surface of the items with antibacterial gel. First the anti-bacterial gel will be sprayed across the items and while spraying the items container will rotates/spin in 360 degrees to spread the anti-bacterial gel on all over the areas and parts of the items. After this process soft brushes will rotate over the items to clean the surfaces and it removes the dust and other dirty particles from the items and then all the items send to UV chamber or after the cleaning process completed the cleaning mechanism will be stopped and UV mechanism will be activated. In the UV chamber a UV light will be used to kill the germs, bacteria and viruses and then UV mechanism will be stopped and activate the drying mechanism. Now the items will be dried with hot dry air and then finally the cleaned items will be dispensed to the user.

 This machine also have internal sensors to detect electronic items and non-electronic items which are placed in the trays will separate and send to the respective chambers. For example if user by mistake put the electronic items in non-electronic and tray vice versa. once we close the trays then each item will be scanned by the sensors and if any items identified as electronic items from non-electronic items tray then the items will be separated and send to the respective chambers to clean and vice versa.

We can produce these machines in two variants one is for public (like ATM machines) and other model is for in-house (personal) use. This machine will have water inlet and outlets, detergent and gel chambers (available inside). Embedded the payment system in this machine so user can pay through card/cash for the services. Domestic machines will not have any payment mechanism.
